The Panelto Foods team travel to San Vincenzo in Italy to learn age old BIGA bread making techniques from master baker Georgio Celli.

The first Panelto Foods bakerygoes into praoduction, bringingexciting, light and flavoursome‘Biga-Style’ breads to a whole new market.

Our enduring customer favourites – the classic panini and ciabatta – launched to great success across major Irish and UK retailer in-store bakeries.

Panelto launches a new range of ‘Sandwich Breads’ to elevate the humble sandwich to new heights.
